送信 ＝ send
when you click the 送信（send) bottom it will take you to the confirmation page to check your message
送信内容の確認 ＝ comfirm that your message is correct
メッセージのコピーを受け取る場合はチェック ＝ tick the box if you would like to receive a copy of the message for yourself
修正する ＝ back to edit
